I grew up in Melbourne, Australia; my family is originally from Bulgaria but relocated down under in the early 1970s. Unlike my parents and sibling, I decided to take a different professional path and studied international economics rather than medicine. I completed my studies in 2010 at the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria and now hold an EU bachelor’s degree in economics. My strong international experience and desire to explore the world has seen me living and working in several countries since then.
I came to London with my partner – who is a talented pianist and highly successful piano teacher – about five years ago. Since then, I have held jobs in online marketing, sales, administration, and entry level management for SMEs, as well as customer support for the largest storage company in Europe.
My role as Administrator at UKTS is an interesting, varied and busy position. I assist management and stakeholders in the day-to-day running of the charity and the organisation of special events. I know that making a positive difference to people’s lives goes a long way hence my interest in working for UKTS. Outside of work, my personal interests are, classic automobiles, aviation and cinema.
